Affiliate Program Terms (Socios ConvertCore)
1. The deal in plain words
- You earn a 40% recurring commissionon every payment of your referral's base subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Scale), for as long as they remain a paying customer. Add-ons (including the AI Voice Agent), taxes and one-time charges are excluded.
- Attribution is last-click with a 90-day first-party cookie, locked in when the referral creates their account. Our systems are the single source of truth for measurement.
- Each commission is held for 30 days (refund/chargeback window), then becomes available. We pay monthly between the 10th and the 15th via Payoneer, Wise or PayPal, with a $50 minimum. Balances below the minimum roll over indefinitely — they never expire.
- Tax forms are required before your first payout: W-9 (US persons, 1099-NEC issued over $600/year) or W-8BEN (everyone else; no US withholding for services performed outside the US).
2. Independent contractor — not MLM
You are an independent contractor. This program is not employment, agency, partnership, franchise or a multi-level scheme: commissions come exclusively from real sales to end customers, never from recruiting other affiliates. You may not bind ConvertCore AI Agency LLC or present yourself as our employee or official representative.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following terminate the agreement for cause:
- Self-referrals (your own accounts or entities you control).
- Brand bidding on "convertcore", "convertcoreai" or confusingly similar terms in any ad platform, or registering domains/handles containing them.
- Cookie stuffing or any attribution without a genuine click.
- Spam (CAN-SPAM, TCPA and local equivalents apply).
- Unauthorized coupons or discount claims.
- Misleading claims, guaranteed-results promises, or hiding the affiliate relationship.
- Incentivized fraudulent signups.
4. FTC compliance
Every piece of content containing your link must include a clear and conspicuous affiliate disclosure, placed before or next to the link. Ready-to-copy disclosures and per-channel rules are provided in your partner panel. You indemnify us for claims arising from your promotions, and you will take down flagged content within 48 hours. We may audit your promotion methods; ignoring an audit request for 10 days allows suspension.
5. Confidentiality and non-compete
Non-public materials, program metrics and internal communications are confidential. You may not use program information or materials to build, operate or promote a competing product or program. For 12 months after termination you will not actively solicit customers you referred to migrate to a competitor.
6. Reversals, termination, changes
Commissions tied to refunds, chargebacks or fraud are reversed and may be offset against future balances; we may hold payouts up to 90 days during investigations. Either party may terminate with 15 days' notice; termination for cause forfeits unpaid commissions. We may change rates or rules with 30 days' email notice — changes are never retroactive to accrued commissions. Liability is capped at the commissions paid to you in the prior 6 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, with venue in Miami-Dade County. Notices: hola@convertcoreai.com. The Spanish version prevails.
